Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondent(s) No.2 & 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondents No. 4 to 8 and to transfer the investigation of DDR No. 28 dated 27.5.2017, registered under Sections 323, 324 & 34 IPC recorded in FIR No. 44 dated 27.5.2017, registered under Sections 452, 323, 148 & 149 IPC at Police Station Dharamgarh, Tehsil Sunam, District Sangrur to any senior officer. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the above said FIR was registered and there is a cross-version at the instance of the present petitioner bearing DDR No. 28 dated 27.5.2017. He further contended that petitioner has been admitted to bail in the case by the learned trial Judge and after that the private respondents gave beatings to him and advancing threats. Learned counsel contended that representation dated 20.9.2017 (Annexure P2) made to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur remained unattended till now.

Criminal Misc. No. M-38325 of 2017 Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and perusal of record, respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur , is directed to look into the representation dated 20.9.2017 (Annexure P2) and take required action, if any, as per law.
