Mr. Rahul Bhargava, Advocate, for respondent No.2. RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) In compliance of order dated 21.01.2019, learned counsel for the petitioner has produced receipts of `15,000/-. The same are taken on record.

Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.46 dated 13.05.2015 registered under Sections 279, 337, 338, 427, 304-A IPC pertaining to Police Station Sadar Banga, District SBS Nagar, and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2) arrived at between the parties. Pursuant to order dated 11.10.2017 of this Court, the parties appeared before the trial Court on 24.10.2017 to get their statements recorded. Learned Judicial Magistrate, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar, has submitted her report vide letter bearing No.658 RAVINDER SINGH 2019.03.06 12:16 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document dated 25.10.2017, duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions

-2CRM-M-38327 of 2017 Judge, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar, vide Endst. No.747/DSJ-19-A dated 31.10.2017.

According to the above report, compromise entered into between the parties is without any pressure, with their own sweet will and genuine.

Therefore, in view of above and the fact that the compromise will bring peace and harmony in relations between the parties, FIR No.46 dated 13.05.2015 and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, are quashed.

Disposed of accordingly.
