On 28.09.2021 the following order was passed : "Matter has been taken up through video conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions. As per office report, service on the respondent has not been effected due to incomplete address.

Let fresh notice be issued to the respondent on filing of his correct address within two weeks for 13.1.2022."

Till date the correct/fresh address of the respondent has not been furnished, hence, notice could not be issued. Today none has come present on behalf of the petitioner.
