Mr. Gurinderjit Singh, DAG, Punjab R.P. Nagrath, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has died in jail and therefore instant petition has been rendered infructous.
Learned State counsel on instructions from HC Jaswinder Singh also submits that TPM message has been received that the petitioner has died in jail and handed over a copy of death certificate of the petitioner. The same be taken on record. In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of as having rendered infructous.
