This is second petition filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, on behalf of the petitioner (Seema), for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.114 dated 06.04.2024, under Sections 302, 404 and 449 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Asauda, District Jhajjar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition, however, it is further prayed that an appropriate direction be issued to expedite the trial.
