******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel submits that Special Investigating Team after conducting enquiry has doubted the version in the FIR about arrest of petitioner and supplementary report under Section 173 (8) of Cr.P.C. was submitted in court.

In view of the submission of learned State counsel order dated 3.12.2015 allowing bail to petitioner is affirmed till disposal of the case by trial court.
