Additional documents are taken on record as Annexure P-7. Main Case The petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to release the salary of the petitioners which has not been paid w.e.f. October 2022 till date.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before respondent No.2. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case respondent No.2 is directed to decide his pending legal notice, dated 09.03.2024, Annexure P-5, in a specific period.

Learned State counsel, appearing on advance notice, submits that the pending legal notice, dated 09.03.2024, will be decided by AVIN KUMAR 2024.05.23 16:24 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order.
