***** SUDHIR MITTAL, J. (ORAL) The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in FIR No.110, dated 05.09.2022 (Annexure P-1), registered at Police Station Dirba, District Sangrur, under Sections 452, 323, 324, 148 & 149 IPC (Section 326 IPC added later on).

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the order dated 26.04.2023, petitioners have joined the investigation and have been cooperating therewith. This is not disputed by the learned counsel for the State.

Accordingly, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 26.04.2023, is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions enshrined under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, by them.
