HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (Oral) Case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. Through this petition, the petitioner seek anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.0098 dated 19.05.2021, registered under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code, at Police Station City Hoshiarpur, District Hoshiarpur.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press the present petition and states that the petitioner be granted liberty to surrender before the learned trial court and the trial court may consider her bail application within a stipulated time. Dismissed as withdrawn.
