enmity and in view of the fact that the compromise will go a long way in resolving the personal dispute and to bring about peace and harmony, the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.99 dated 12.04.2010 registered at Police Station City Khanna, Police District Khanna under Sections 279/304A/427 IPC and all consequences arising thereof are quashed. The petition stands allowed in those terms.
