(Oral) The prayer in the present petition is for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 5 to take appropriate action against respondents No.6, 8 to 20 for allotment of residential plots reserved under the Advocates category to respondents No.9 to 20 in a fraudulent manner in Sector 9 Jhajjar by violating all the norms and conditions mentioned in the application form. A further prayer has also been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 4 for registration of criminal case against the persons involved in the aforesaid fraud.

Learned State counsel as well as counsel for other respondents submit that the present petition has become infructuous as the FIR has been registered and plot/plots in dispute have been cancelled whereas learned counsel for the petitioners submits that specific allegations are there against respondent No.8 as wrong affidavits were filed. Keeping in view the specific prayer in the present petition, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous as not only FIR has been registered but plot/plots in dispute have also been cancelled.
