(Oral) The precise grievance of petitioner is that respondent No. 4 cheated petitioner No. 1(wife) and petitioner No. 2 (daughter) as he married another women-respondent No. 5 without getting divorce from petitioner No. 1. A representation dated 06.08.2016 has been given in this regard but no action has been taken till date. In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 to look into the representation (P-1) of the petitioners with regard to harassment and cruelty meted out with the petitioners, in accordance with law.
