**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No. 73 dated 11.05.2015, registered at Police Station City S.B.S. Nagar, Distt. S.B.S Nagar, who has been booked for having committed the offence punishable under Section 302/34 IPC (later on 302 IPC has been deleted and Section 306 IPC has been added) Learned State counsel on instruction from ASI Shamsher Bahadur states that out of 18 witnesses, 02 have been given up and 04 have been examined.
