Prayer made in the present petition is for release of medical reimbursement amount of Rs.17,323/-, Rs.13,040/- and Rs.2,943/-. 2.

Learned State counsel refers to the preliminary submissions point No.1 and submits that out of Rs.17,323/-, Rs.16093/- has been paid in terms of Instructions dated 06.05.2005, Annexure R-13, Rs.6311/- out of Rs.13040/- and the petitioner is not entitled to Rs.2943/-, which is for outdoor treatment as he failed to change the option.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of, reserving the petitioner with a liberty to get it revived, in case need arises.
