The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 29 dated 29.03.2014, registered under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC and (Section 7/13(2) of PC Act and Section 12 of PP Act added lateron), Police Station Sadar SBS Nagar, District SBS Nagar.

Heard.

Counsel for the petitioner contends that the main accused was the travel agent who had preferred fake passports. The counsel further urges that petitioner was arrested on 29.06.2015 and challan has been filed and the trial would take time. He further urges that the main accused Raj Kumar is on bail.

Crl. Misc. No.M-38338 of 2015 The State counsel informs that the petitioner was arrested when he was trying to leave India on a passport which was not on his name and it was a fake document. Investigation is over, challan has been filed. The main accused has been allowed bail by this Court vide order dated 05.10.2015 (Annexure P-3). The trial will take long time to conclude. Without commenting upon the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is directed to be released on regular bail on execution of adequate personal and surety bonds to the satisfaction of trial Court.
