( ( Present petition has been filed under Section 482 CrPC directing the investigating officer to take action and arrest the accused mentioned in FIR No.687 dated 17.07.2017 under Sections 120-B, 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC registered at Police Station Jind City, District Jind. B She further submits on instructions from ASI Rajbir Singh that supplementary challan has also been filed against accused Harish, who was declared proclaimed offender previously on 09.08.2021 and that charges have also been framed against accused.
