**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 62 dated 1.5.2018 registered at Police Station Samana, District Patiala under Sections 304-B IPC.

Counsel for the petitioner contends that petitioner is the jeth being the brother of Kulvir Kumar, husband of the deceased. The counsel further submits that investigation is over and challan has been presented. The counsel also submits that the petitioner was residing separately and some general allegations in the beginning were made against all the relatives and the main allegations are that Kulvir Kumar was not agreeing to Neha's sister marriage.

Challan has been presented. The allegations against the petitioner are general in nature.
