#$ !% Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Sharanjit Singh, Police Station Sadar Abohar, submits that the petitioner has been acquitted vide judgment dated 03.12.2015 passed by the Court of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate.

In view thereof, learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that nothing survives in the present petition and the same be dismissed having been rendered infructuous.
