(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, in a case arising out of F.I.R No. 213 of 19.09.2015, under Sections 498-A/406/120-B IPC, registered at P.S. Zirakpur Learned counsel for the complainant has admitted that the matter stands compromised between the parties and the petitioners have given the compromise deed to the complainant after signing the same. In view of the fact that the matter stands compromised between the parties and the complainant has accepted Rs.5 lacs towards permanent settlement, order dated 06.11.2015 passed by this Court whereby the adinterim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioners is made absolute. The petitioners shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C However, the petitioner is at liberty to file fresh bail bonds after presentation of the challan.
