This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.248 dated 28.3.2014 under Sections 186,323,332,353 and 506 of the India Penal Code registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Gurgaon along with all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise. 2.

Respondent No.2 Khushbu Gupta was permitted to make her statement through her father as her attorney. 3.

In terms of order dated 19.12.2014 passed by this Court, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gurgaon recorded the statements of the petitioner and of Khushbu Guptacomplainant through her father as her special attorney. 4.

The report submitted by Judicial Magistrate is that statements of the parties were recorded by him and he was of the opinion that the compromise had been entered into willingly by the parties.

Counsel for the parties have stated at bar that the matter has been compromised.

So, in view of the above circumstances and in view of authority reported as Kulwinder Singh and others Vs. State of Punjab and others 2007 (3) ISHWAR SINGH GARHWAL 2015.03.30 10:38 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

CRM-M-38452 of 2014 (O&M) RCR (Criminal) 1052, the above said FIR stands quashed. Further proceedings pursuant to that FIR also stand quashed.
