H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has since put in appearance in the trial Court and has been released on interim bail. Copy of order dated 18.10.2017 in that regard has been placed on the file.

In these circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 13.10.2017 is made absolute, subject to fulfillment of conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. The petition in that way is allowed.
