State of Punjab ...... Respondent CORAM : HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE AJAY TEWARI *** Present :
Mr. Sandeep Arora, Advocate for the petitioner.
*** AJAY TEWARI, J. (Oral) This petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No. 50 dated 23.05.2015, under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 IPC, registered at Police Station City, Gurdaspur.
After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not wish to press this petition on merits but liberty may be granted to the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court and move an application for regular bail and a direction may be issued to the Court to decide the said application expeditiously.
I find this to be a fair request. Let the petitioner surrender before the trial Court on 15.12.2015and move an application for regular bail which shall be decided expeditiously by the Court on merits but in any case within 3 days. It is made clear that in case the petitioner does not surrender before the Court in SUNITA NAGPAL 2015.12.14 12:14 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity y of this document Chandigarh
