(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No.75 dated 27.08.2016, registered at Police Station Bajakhana, District Faridkot, who has been booked for having committed offence punishable under Sections 376, 313, 201 and 506 IPC.

At the very outset, learned State counsel, on instructions from HC Harjinder Singh, has informed that in pursuance of order dated 17.11.2016 of this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation on 28.11.2016 and her custodial interrogation is not required at this stage. In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 17.11.2016, passed by this Court whereby the ad-interim Naresh Kumar 2017.01.16 10:05 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner is made absolute. The
