Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail in FIR No.409, dated 23.05.2014, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 224, 225, 353, 186, 341, 307, 223, 332, 379, 411 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 25 of Arms Act 1959, registered at Police Station Sohna, District Gurgaon. Earlier petitioner had filed CRM-M-38438 of 2014 seeking regular bail and the said petition was dismissed on merits vide order dated 20.01.2015. Hence no ground for interference by this Court is made out.

Dismissed.
