RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.38 dated 14.03.2023, under Sections 452, 323, 506, 148, 149 IPC and Sections 325, 326 IPC added later on, registered at Police Station Sadar, Jalandhar. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the Court of competent jurisdiction.
Allowed as prayed for.
Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, in case the petitioner surrenders before the concerned Court within a period of seven days from today and files an application for bail, the Court concerned is directed to deal with his application and decide the same expeditiously, in accordance with law.
