(Oral) It is submitted that petitioner had entered into an agreement to purchase agricultural land with Vijender Kumar Jain - respondent No.5 paying Rs.59 lacs to him, as earnest money, but thereafter he did not come forward to execute the sale deed. He has submitted a complaint to the police but instead of taking action against Vijender Kumar Jain, the police started threatening the petitioner at his instance. Therefore, he has approached this Court with a prayer that his life an liberty be safeguarded.
