Mr. Surinder Sharma, Advocate for the petitioners. Mr. Rajesh Hooda, Advocate for respondents No.2 to 5. NAMIT KUMAR J. (Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed by the petitioners under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, for quashing/setting-aside the impugned action to reduce the revised pension already granted on the basis of higher wages contribution than the ceiling limit. Further prayer has been made to issue direction to the respondents to disburse/release the already revised pension to the petitioners from the date it was stopped, continuously with all consequential benefits and further respondents No.2 to 4 be restrained from taking any follow up action and to return the additional amount, which was got deposited by the petitioners, with interest.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh one, on the same cause of action, with better particulars by attaching all the necessary documents.
