By placing on record a copy of judgment of acquittal dated 06.12.2019, passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mohali, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such, because vide the aforesaid judgment, the trial Court dismissed the complaint filed by respondent No. 1 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and the petitioner(s) have already been acquitted. In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of, as having been rendered infructuous.
