CRM-M-39318-2016 -2Since the accused petitioner has been in custody since 25.4.2015 and the statement of the prosecutrix and the complainant have been recorded and the trial of the case will take long time, no useful purpose will be served by keeping the petitioner in custody furthermore. Therefore, keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition is accepted and the petitioner is ordered to be released on regular bail on his furnishing bail bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate/learned trial Court concerned.
