RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Learned counsel for the applicants-petitioners submits that in compliance of the order dated 6.11.2015 passed by this court, petitioners have been put in the protection home. He further submits that now the petitioners do not want to stay in the protection home any further and they want to come out of it, at their own risk and responsibility. He seeks disposal of the present petition, with a direction to the Superintendent of Police, Mahendragarh-respondent no.2 to review the threat perception, which was being faced by the petitioners earlier and thereafter he may take appropriate steps. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from HC Pritam Singh, Police Station Sadar, Narnaul, submits that if the petitiones are willing to come out of the protection home at their own risk and responsibility, let a GREESH SAHNI 2015.12.14 13:39 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

He also submits that if threat perception is to be reviewed by the Superintendent of Police, Mahendragarh-respondent no.2 and appropriate direction is to be given by him, then it may be left to his wisdom and discretion to take appropriate steps, in accordance with law. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and going through the record of the case, instant application is disposed of, with a direction to the Superintendent of Police, Mahendragarh-respondent no.2 to look into the matter, review the threat perception, which was earlier faced by the petitioners. Thereafter, he shall be at liberty to proceed further in accordance with law, by taking appropriate steps. However, he shall ensure that no harm is caused to the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of private respondents no.4 to 8 or anybody else on their behalf.
With the above said observations made and directions issued, present application stands disposed of.
