Learned State counsel has informed that cancellation report submitted by the investigating agency in this case has been accepted by the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate at Dasuya, Hoshiarpur. A copy of the order dated 28.10.2022 passed by the SDJM, Dasuya, while accepting the cancellation report has been supplied by learned State counsel in Court today. The same is taken on record.
