(ORAL) This is a petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. whereby the petitioner sought direction to respondent No.2 to take appropriate action against respondent Nos.3 to 7 claiming that her son who is presently lodged in District Jail, Muktsar was illegally beaten and apprehended threat to his life.

Counsel for the State has produced order dated 10th of August, 2023 whereby Satish Kumar son of the petitioner now stands shifted from District Jail Muktsar to Central Jail, Faridkot. In view of above, in the considered opinion of this Court the apprehension raised by the petitioner has been addressed and nothing survives in the present petition for adjudication at the hands of this Court. Consequently, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
