By way of instant petition, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari seeking quashing of letter issued vide Sr. No.702/RC dated 10.03.2023 (Annexure P-2) passed by respondent No.4 and also seeks issuance of directions to respondents No.1 and 2 to conduct an independent inquiry against respondent No.5.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly informs that in fact the abovesaid letter dated 10.03.2023 (Annexure P-2) already stands withdrawn by the Government. Consequently, the petition qua the said relief is rendered infructuous.

As far as the second relief sought by the petitioner is concerned, we deem it appropriate to issue a direction to respondent No.2 i.e. Deputy Commissioner, Sirsa to look into the matter and consider the representation DIWAKER GULATI 2025.08.08 09:43 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP No.8697 of 2023 -2dated 07.03.2023 (Annexure P-6) (although addressed to the Chief Minister, Government of Haryana) and take appropriate action, as may be warranted, under facts and circumstances of the case.

A copy of this order be conveyed to respondent No.2 - Deputy Commissioner, Sirsa, along with copy of representation dated 07.03.2023 (Annexure P-6).
