Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the heavy recovery of poppy husk has allegedly been recovered from the petitioner but he is in the jail for the last two years and more than six months, therefore, he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition with a direction to learned trial Court to expedite the trial.

Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the above said prayer.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
