(Oral) The instant Criminal Writ Petition has been filed for directing the official respondents No.2 to 4 to get released the detenue, namely, Anju Devi, aged about 16 years, daughter of the petitioner, from the illegal custody of private respondents No.5 to 14 and produce before this Court. Pursuant to the order dated 17.04.2026 passed by this Court, alleged detenue/ Anju Devi has been produced before this Court. On being questioned, Anju Devi has informed that she wishes to go with her mother.

Under the given circumstances, no further order is required to be passed in the instant petition and the same is accordingly disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
