The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying for quashing of the impugned order dated 09.02.2022 passed by the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Sangrur, whereby the application filed by the petitioner for his discharge in case FIR No.111 dated 15.04.2018, registered under Sections 420, 201 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station City Sangrur, District Sangrur, has been dismissed and order dated 08.08.2022 passed by the District and Sessions Judge, Sangrur, whereby the revision petition filed by the petitioner against the aforesaid order passed by the JMIC, Sangrur, has also been dismissed.
