**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in a case bearing FIR No. 37 dated 11.02.2016, under Sections 346, 363, 366-A, 376 IPC and 4, 11, 12 of POSCO Act, registered at Police Station Beri, District Jhajjar. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that an FIR came to be lodged under the aforesaid sections pursuant to which the petitioner Pardeep was arrested on 24.02.2016. Statement of both the complainant and the prosecutrix have been recorded in which a categoric statement has been made by the complainant that no one enticed his sister and she was not confined anywhere nor any wrong has been committed with her and the same statement has been made by the prosecutrix. Notice of motion.
Mr. Anmol Malik, AAG, Haryana has appeared on behalf of respondent-State and contested the bail application. CRM-M-39346-2016 -2petitioner and the petitioner has been in custody since 24.02.2016 and the trial of the case will take long time, no useful purpose will be served by keeping the petitioner in custody furthermore. Therefore, keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition is accepted and the petitioner is ordered to be released on regular bail on his furnishing bail bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate/learned trial Court concerned.
Petition stands disposed of.
