RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of directions to respondents no.1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members and ensure their protection from false implication in a criminal case. It is further prayed to issue directions to respondent no.2 to take appropriate action on the representations of the petitioner dated 06.01.2023 and 22.03.2023, Annexures P2 and P4, respectively. It has been submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner would be satisfied if his representations, dated 06.01.2023 and 22.03.2023, Annexures P2 and P4, respectively, are decided in a time-bound manner.
