Prayer made in the present petition is for treating the suspension period of petitioner as duty period and release the arrears of salary. 2.

Learned State counsel has produced a copy of order dated 17.01.2025, whereby the prayer has been accepted and on instructions states that the consequential benefits arising therefrom shall be released to the petitioner within a period of three months, which satisfies the learned counsel for the petitioner.
