Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 25.04.2023 passed by this Court, an amount of ₹10,00,000 (rupees ten lakh) stood deposited with the Registry of this Court. It is further the contention that the said amount also satisfies the entire decreetal amount. 2.
Learned counsel for the respondent states that though ₹10,00,000(rupees ten lakh) has been deposited, however, the same ought to have been paid along with interest.

A perusal of the impugned order dated 15.03.2023 (Annexure P-3) passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Rewari reveals that the conditional warrants were issued in the sum of ₹10,00,000 (rupees ten lakh) due to the fact that the said amount was not deposited by the petitioner. In view of the above, the impugned order dated 15.03.2023 (Annexure P-3) is set aside and the amount of ₹10,00,000 (rupees ten lakh) be released in favour of the respondent against proper receipt and identification.
