The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 15.09.2022 (Annexure P-4) passed by the Additional District Judge, Hoshiarpur whereby an application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 CPC was allowed in an appeal being CA-148-2020.
