(ORAL) Present writ petition has been filed for directing respondents No.2 and 4 to enter the mutation of the land purchased by the petitioners vide registered sale deed and for issuance of further directions to get the mutation sanctioned in favour of the petitioners. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners be granted liberty to file appropriate representation before respondent No.4 i.e. Tehsildar-cum-Assistant Collector 1st Grade, Moga and he be directed to decide the same expeditiously.

After hearing both the parties and perusing the record, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file their appropriate representation before respondent No.4 as prayed for within a period of 10 days from today. If any such representation is filed by the petitioners within the stipulated period, then respondent No.4 i.e. Tehsildar-cum-Assistant Collector 1st Grade, Moga is directed to decide the same in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of its filing.
