At the time of pronouncement of order, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that he be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the learned trial Judge and face trial.
In view of above, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the learned trial Court within a period of one week from today and in case he moves an application for grant of regular bail, the same shall be decided by the learned trial Judge within a period of one week thereafter, on merits.
