Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to the official respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondent No.3. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has made complaints dated 2.4.2010 (Annexure P2) & dated 26.9.2017 (Annexure P3) to respondent No.2-Station House Officer, Police Station, Zirakpur, but the same remained unattended till now. Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and perusal of record, respondent No.1-Senior Superintendent of Police, S.A.S.Nagar, Mohali, is directed to look into the representation dated 26.9.2017 (Annexure P3), filed before Station House Officer, Police Station, Zirakpur and take required action, if any, as per law.

With the aforesaid observations made and directions issued, the present petition stands disposed of.
