(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that he does not want to pursue the present petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking interim bail for a period of 15 days for performance of marriage of the petitioner with the complainant/prosecutrix in FIR No.111 dated 23.10.2021, registered under Sections 323, 328, 354-A, 376, 377, 509, 34 of IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act, at Police Station Women, District Ambala and withdraws the same, as he want to file regular bail application on merits.

In view of the statement, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
