However, learned counsel seeks liberty of this Court to file appeal, within a period of one month, in view of proviso to Sec on 13(1A) of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015. It is also prayed that ll filing of the appeal within next one month, the interim order as passed by this Court may con nue.
