*** Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has surrendered in the trial Court and has been released on bail. This fact is admitted by the State counsel on instructions from HC Ravinder Singh from Police Station Bholath, District Kapurthala.

Under such circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner on 12.10.2017 is made absolute, subject to his fulfilling conditions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

The petition stands allowed accordingly.
