******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners for the subsequently added Section 366-A of Indian Penal Code(for short-IPC) as the petitioners have already been allowed bail in case FIR No.97 dated 23.05.2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366 read with Section 120-B IPC, at Police Station Civil Lines, Batala, District Batala vide order dated 20.06.2017 passed in CRM-M-21783-2017 by this Court.

Heard.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Kuljit Singh submits that petitioners have joined the investigation and police after completion of investigation, has presented the challan in the Court, as such, Sachin Mehta 2017.11.07 17:08 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document HIGH COURT, CHANDIGARH

CRM-M-38532-2017 -2custodial interrogation of the petitioners is no more required. In view of submission of learned State counsel but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed and the order dated 13.10.2017 is made absolute, subject to the condition that petitioners shall apply for regular bail (if not applied and allowed so far) before the trial Court and will keep on appearing on each and every date of hearing. In the event of their non-appearance on any date without permission, the trial Court will be competent to cancel their bail and forfeit the bail bonds and surety bonds and proceed against them in accordance with law.
