Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in FIR No. 276 dated 20.8.2015 under Section 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Civil Line, District Amritsar.

Heard.

Petitioner is in custody since 20.8.2015. Co-accused Pardeep Kumar @ Sonu, who was similarly situated as the petitioner, has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 2.11.2015 (Annexure P-3).

Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed. Petitioner be admitted to bail subject to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Amritsar.
