There was recovery of 5 grams of heroin and 255 grams of intoxicating powder,which quantity, concededly was commercial in nature.

Petitioner is stated to be in custody since 30.5.2015. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Mohinder Singh states that case before the trial court is fixed for orders on 1.2.2016.

In the light of trial almost being over, no further orders are required to be passed in the instant petition. Dismissed as infructuous.
